Root deeper into your wellness journey.
Unlock a world of holistic wellness and inner peace through the transformative practice of yoga. Here’s why you should make yoga a cornerstone of your lifestyle.
Rooted in Eastern Traditions
My offerings are deeply inspired by traditional Thai yoga, energy work, and holistic healing practices. These ancient modalities guide clients toward true balance—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Therapeutic and Personalized
Each session is intentionally crafted to meet you where you are. Whether through Thai yoga therapy or intuitive bodywork, I focus on healing from the inside out—not just movement for movement’s sake.
Whole-Self Integration
I go beyond conventional yoga to help you connect body, mind, and spirit. By combining breath-work, energetic alignment, and intuitive insight, you’ll experience transformation that resonates well beyond the mat.
Hands-On, Healing-Focused
My work is grounded in touch-based healing—including Thai massage, Tok Sen, and Chi Nei Tsang. These ancient therapies provide relief, release, and restoration in a way standard yoga classes cannot.
Inclusive & Community-Oriented
Wellness should be accessible. I offer free and low-cost classes to ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience healing, regardless of financial circumstances. This space is built on connection, compassion, and care.

Sarah Dippen

My teaching draws from ParaYoga, Tantra, Hatha, and Vinyasa traditions, incorporating props and therapeutic focus to support each participant’s unique journey. You can often find me leading classes at The Yoga Plant in Chippewa Falls, where I encourage my students to embrace growth with curiosity and compassion.

Wendy Winger
Around 10 years ago, after years of working in the mental health field I had lost my sense of self and then I found Yoga! When I practice Yoga I feel better emotionally and physically. Being able to move with more ease, sleep better, and slow down the aging process are all results I experience from my yoga practice. Investing in myself through Yoga and sharing yoga with others helps better the world we live in!! I really believe if everyone practiced Yoga we'd have world peace, or at least be closer to it!
Wendy holds a Bachelor's Degree in psychology from UW - Eau Claire, a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UW - Stout, she is a Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), she is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching Yoga since 2018.

Ashley
Ashley is a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher who focuses on slow, restorative flows with a goal of slowing the mind as well as the body. She enjoys blending her therapy background and love for yoga into classes that will leave you feeling restored.
Ashley teaches a gentle flow to stillness style class. Leave the chaos of day-to-day life at the door. Here you will learn to cultivate intuitive movement while working towards a guided meditation leading into a longer shavasana to soak up the goodness. While flowing you will also hold certain poses for a longer period of time to rewire the brain and nervous system for a calmer life.
