Mother’s Day is a time to slow down, reconnect, and honor the women who have given so much of themselves to nurture others. Whether you’re a mother, celebrating your own, or simply want to start your Sunday with intention—join me, Nicole, for a very special Mother’s Day Yoga Class at Market on River.
This 60-minute all-levels class is designed to be a grounding, heart-centered experience that brings movement, breath, and community together. It's the perfect way to begin a day of gratitude and celebration—with presence and peace.
🌿 The Class: Gentle, Nourishing, and Open to All
This is not a power class or fast-paced flow—it’s an opportunity to honor the body, the breath, and the journey of motherhood, in all its forms.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome here. We'll move slowly, stretch mindfully, breathe deeply, and leave space for reflection and stillness. This class is for everyone—mothers, daughters, sons, partners, and friends.
